JC Horizon Investment and Business Development Department was established in 2016. The department is growing rapidly under the direct leadership of president Judy Lee with the team working closely together. Our investment areas include but not limited to: real estate, food & restaurant, social service and health care, etc.

JC Horizon has also built up teams for various businesses worldwide, including manufacturing plants, logistics services, forklift services, etc.
