Judy Lee, President of JC Horizon Ltd., graduated from California State University, L.A. at an early age. She was the Vice President of V&C Company for about 20 years (V&C Company has a long history of being a famous waste paper dealer in the U.S.). She pioneered the introduction of waste paper to China's paper making industry in the early 80s, opening a new page to China for making paper from waste paper instead of virgin fiber. She has a very good reputation in this field both in the U.S. and in China. She has received the honor greeting by Mr. Jiang Zemin, President of the People's Republic of China in 1993.

JC Horizon Ltd will make further efforts to develop trade all around the world, especially between USA and China, and will continually commit itself to taking consumer service, good reputation, high quality and hard working as the top priority and to join hands with friends both at home and abroad to share in the fruit of development.
