JC Horizon Ltd, established in Nov. 1996, is a leading exporter of paper, paperboard, wood pulp and recycled fiber, scrap metals and plastics from North America to Asian Pacific area - China, Taiwan, South Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, etc. The annual Sales have been over 100 million dollars. Starting from 2001, our company has been exporting European waste paper products and other scraps to China. We are also the designated agent of Smurfit-Stone Container Corp and Fort James/Harmon, merged by George-Pacific for their recycled business in China.

In order to explore the business opportunities and provide better service for our customers, JC Horizon has opened three offices in China: Shanghai, Qingdao, and Fuzhou. We have many outstanding, long term customers and have friendly relationship with provincial governments in this great country.

Recycled fiber is one of our major items of export. We export various kinds of post industry and post consumer waste paper products to the above-mentioned countries and areas. Judy Lee, President of JC Horizon Ltd., graduated from California State University, L.A. at an early age. She was the Vice President of V&C Company for about 20 years (V&C Company has a long history of being a famous waste paper dealer in the U.S.). She pioneered the introduction of waste paper to China's paper making industry in the early 80s, opening a new page to China for making paper from waste paper instead of virgin fiber. She has a very good reputation in this field both in the U.S. and in China. She has received the honor greeting by Mr. Jiang Zemin, President of the People's Republic of China in 1993.

Besides being in the main business of marketing recycled paper and pulp products, JC Horizon Ltd. is also extensively involved with other business activities such as: 1. Minerals and Metals, Scraps: Metal scraps, ferrous and nonferrous, such as HMS1, HMS2, mixed cast irons, motor blocks, used rails; birch/cliff, ocean, brass and bronze, AL, PB, CO, W, MO, TI, ZN, CU scraps; stainless steels, such as 300, 400 series; noble alloys. Minerals and primary metals, such as CU, ZN, PB, W and moly concentrates, alumina, CR, MN, iron ores. 2.
